Retrieve video task

Video tasks are asynchronous. Poll the task every 10-15 seconds after creation, and download only after the status becomes completed.

HTTP 200 on the query does not mean success; always check the status field in the body.

Only download after the task reaches completed. The platform proxies the result:

POST /v1/videos is not idempotent. After a client timeout, do not resubmit immediately, or you may create duplicate tasks and get billed twice.
On failure, error may be a string or an object; prefer showing error.message or message.
